2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 345 of 2023 arising out of Hathauri P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 364, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by Subodh Pandey over some monetary dispute and no material has come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the main accused Subodh Pandey has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68046 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 this Court vide order dated 22.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60949 of 2018, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-17th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 345 of 2023 arising out of Hathauri P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018.

7. The petitioner will cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
