The petitioner has present contempt application for completion of the order dated 08.12.2017 passed in M.J.C. No. 1357 of 2014 by which the petitioner has alleged that the respondent opposite parties are not cooperating with the petitioner despite the order passed by this court. Learned counsel for the State filed a show cause in which he has been categorically stated that the petitioner is himself not cooperating and, therefore, it is not possible for the

Patna High Court MJC No.373 of 2018(5) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 respondent opposite parties to ensure compliance of the order. They, however, submit that they are willing to ensure compliance of the order.

Considering the aforementioned submission, no case is made out and liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the authorities for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.

With the aforementioned observations and directions the contempt application stands disposed of.
