Petitioner is aggrieved by non consideration of the case of the petitioner for grant of benefit of obtaining P.hd degree.

Learned counsel submits that in terms of decision of UGC as to the incentives, the government decided to grant two advance increments to those who have obtained P.hd degree.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19503 of 2019(2) dt.23-09-2019 2/2 Considering the plea of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to claim of the petitioner for two advance increments for obtaining P.hd. Degree in terms of decision of UGC and in accordance with circular of the State Government contained in letter no. 1300 dated 10.7.2001 at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
