That the instant application is directed for passing necessary order/orders, direction/ directions as nature of the case may require commanding the respondent authority to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Aganwari Sevika, where she had been working since the last about 14 years by way of issuing writ of mandamus as she has illegally and mechanically been removed from the post inasmuch as quashing the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.14293 of 2023(2) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 dated 18.05.2023 passed in a case being Miscellaneous Appeal Case No. 01/2021 whereby petitioner services have been declared to be not in accordance with lax leading ultimately to her termination from the said post by way of issuing writ of certiorari." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
