ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-05-2015 Supplementary Affidavit filed today with undertaking that Ghee would be used only for religious purpose and not for any other purpose be kept on record.

The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.09.2013 by which the Special Judge, Food Act, Patna, has refused to release the articles seized from the possession of the Petitioner in Special Case No.10-A of 2012.

Having considered the facts of the case, I do not find any justification for entertaining this application any longer. The application is rejected.

However, the Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without granting

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50511 of 2013 dt.22-05-2015 2/2 unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
