Petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "For issuance of an appropriate writ/direction commanding the respondent authorities to remove the statue of Jai Prakash Narayan which has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.22022 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 constructed on one side of the main road known as SH 531 Chapra-Siwan Main Road and is passing from heart of the town without any proper authorization and without any allotment of land on these southern portion of the road by encroachment of land measuring an area 16.6 feet in length and 11.7 feet in width just on the road making the life of local people particularly the flow of the traffic measurable and for directing to re-allocate the statue on any proper place i.e. at the round about from where there may not be any traffic congestion due to shifting of the aforesaid J.P. statue."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to approach the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievances. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
