2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the FIR bearing Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2013.

3. Upon perusal of the materials available on record, this Court finds no ground for quashing the FIR.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all his grounds at an appropriate stage. If the petitioner has any difficulty in getting his passport then he can approach the authorities concerned as it is well settled that passport cannot be denied during pendency of an FIR.
