JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 In view of the Annexure-10 of the writ application, the Court does not find any error in the decision of the State Appellate Authority. The State Appellate Authority has taken into consideration the crucial fact that at the relevant time when the selection process was started, there was no vacancy of Panchayat Teacher.

The aforesaid finding is supported by Annexure-10, as such the Court does not find any error to interfere in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1726 of 2018(3) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 order contained in Annexure- 10.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
