2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 219 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 115(2), 126(2) and 103(1) of B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the daughter of the informant, namely, Puja Kumari (deceased) was married nine years ago to one Vipin Paswan. It is alleged that her in-laws have killed her.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63680 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is a lady and she is aunt of the deceased. She lives separately. She has falsely been implicated in this case. It has also been submitted that moreover the main thrust of allegation is against the husband who is already in custody. She is having no criminal antecedent and she is in judicial custody since 15.06.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the application for bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Obra P.S.
