2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80880 of 2024 by which the petitioner along with one another was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. case No. 30 of 2024 subject to certain condition(s) and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65532 of 2025(3) dt.10-10-2025 2/3 Court below within a period of eight weeks.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioner along with one another (petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 3742 of 2025) was ready to return the embezzled amount jointly, the petitioner was granted bail. However, in paragraph No. 7(i) and 7(ii), the expression "Office of District Cooperative Officer, Kaimur" got typed in place of words "The SasaramBhabua Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., Sasaram" vide order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80880 of 2024.

4. From perusal of the record, it appears that learned counsel for the petitioner is correct in his submission. It is clarified that the petitioners will deposit the amount in the Sasaram-Bhabua Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., Sasaram.

5. Accordingly, the expression "Office of District Cooperative Officer, Kaimur" occurring in paragraph No. 7(i) and 7(ii) of the order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80880 of 2024 be corrected to be read as "The SasaramBhabua Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., Sasaram". Accordingly, the period of surrender of the petitioner in the Court below is extended for a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The rest of

6. The order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80880 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
