The petitioners, three in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant Raju Kumar named the petitioners along with other accused persons but he did not make any specific allegation of assault against the petitioners, namely, Sandeep Kumar, Pawan Kumar and Sujeet Kumar. There is a counterversion. On account of land dispute, the occurrence took place. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be
