JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the present case is counter blast of Baisi P.S.Case no. 40 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code filed by the wife of petitioner no.1, namely, Bibi Najmun for same occurrence earlier to the present case and in the alleged occurrence victim ,namely, Matlib and Noor Alam and another son of Matlib, namely Mukti brutally assaulted to petitioner no.1 and due to which his abdomen was brutally injured. Injury report is annexed as Annexure 3 to this petition. Earlier

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31254 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 2/2 Baisi P.S.Case No. 40 of 2016 was filed on 08.04.2016 and thereafter the present case has been filed by the informant. The petitioners are said to be in custody since 09.05.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let, above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 2nd , Purnea in connection with Baisi P.S.Case no. 41 of 2016 ( G.R.No. 1056 of 2016), subject to the condition that bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
