That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order or orders in the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the respondent-Bihar School Examination Board, Patna to take appropriate action against the Respondent No. 12, who after cheating

Patna High Court CWJC No.14666 of 2024(2) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 the Respondent Bihar School Examination Board had appeared thrice in the matriculation examination and after utilization of highest marks, has secured his job and is discharging his duties at primary school, however, the respondent Bihar School Examination Board, even after appraisal by filing of several representations, has not taken any action up till now And / or pass such other order / orders as Your Lordship may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
