JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he got sanctioned loan in the name of informant and subsequently, placed order for a machine which was supplied by the concerned company but it was found that the aforesaid machine was old one and later on, in course of investigation, the aforesaid company was also found fake and the said fake company was being run by the petitioner.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that investigation has already been completed and moreover, there was dispute between the parties in respect of purchase and supply of

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014.
