2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) To issue an appropriate writ/s order/s including a writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing upon the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Assistant Teacher on regular basis in the existing pay scale of those teachers. (ii) To direct the respondents to convert the services of the petitioner to the post of Assistant teacher on regular basis instead of Niyojit teacher.

(iii) To any other relief/s to which the petitioner be found entitled in the facts and circumstance of the case."

3. Considering the relief(s) prayed by the petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.358 of 2022(11) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Respondent no.3 (The Principal Secretary, Education Department Govt. of Bihar, Patna) along with all supporting documents within a period of four weeks and the Respondent no.3 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one month thereafter, considering the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Vishwanath Pandey v. State of Bihar reported in (2013) 10 SCC 545.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
