The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in the noon of 03.05.2019, informant, Sadhu Yadav, was returning to his house along with his father, Arjun Yadav boarding on motorcycle. In the way, seven persons named in the F.I.R. along with two unknown including the petitioners came near the informant boarding on three motorcycles having armed with Knife and axe. Thereafter, Sallu Yadav caused injury at the forehead of his father through axe whereas Jahuri Yadav also caused injury at the left hand of his father through axe Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute, occurrence took place. Moreover, three injuries, as found on the person of father of the informant, are simple in nature. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) six with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jumai, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
