Mehta (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2016 The petitioner apprehends arrest in Revealganj Police Station (PS) Case No 191 of 2015 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 307, 302 and 427 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that while Durga Visarjan Procession was going, the petitioner, alongwith other co-accused, entered in the procession and started teasing the girls. When people protested, they caught hold of one of them and beat him to death.

Ordinarily, I would not have considered the prayer for anticipatory bail in the facts aforesaid but considering the fact that three other similarly situated accused persons, namely, Sheo Sah @ Shiv Sah, Solti Kumar @ Solti Kumar Singh and Abhishek Kumar Singh @ Kallu @ Abhishek Kumar Singh Chauhan, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22426 of 2016 (2) dt.25-05-2016 2/2 various applications, have already been granted anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VIII, Chapra in Revealganj PS Case No 191 of 2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438

(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
