2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 363, 307, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 13.12.2022 the petitioner and other named accused persons were assaulting one Prem Kumar when informant intervened and pacified the matter, as such, on 15.12.2023 when the informant was going to buy vegetable all

No.66444 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/3 the named accused persons including the petitioner arrived and started abusing and made him sit in a Scorpio vehicle whereafter it is alleged that on orders of petitioner Sudhir, the accused Rakesh and Chintu assaulted him by butt of pistol and the petitioner also jumped on his stomach.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant for the reason that earlier the petitioner had instituted Didarganj P.S. Case No. 389 of 2022 against the informant. It is also submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR it would manifest that the same does not inspire confidence.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Didarganj P. S. Case No.78 of 2023 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the
