Since the order / judgement, dated 17.02.2017, allowing the writ application, is based on a detailed order and adjudication made in C.W.J.C. No. 66 of 2013, which was the case of Tanujaa Kumari v. The State of Bihar & Ors., and which order in turn has been affirmed by a Division Bench of this
Patna High Court LPA No.962 of 2017(4) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 Court in L.P.A. No. 594 of 2016 and other analogous cases, vide order, dated 14.07.2017, there is no infirmity in the order of the Learned Single Judge, which is required to be rectified in appeal.
