JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-10-2023 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.08.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.56905 of 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 30.08.2023 passed in the said case inadvertently in paragraph '6' in eleventh line learned 'A.C.J.M.-VII, Patna' has been typed in place of 'A.C.J.M.-VIII, Patna'. Learned counsel has also prayed for extension of time to surrender and submit the bail bond.

Having regard to the submissions of the petitioner, this Court directs that in the order dated 30.08.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.56905 of 2023 in paragraph '6' in eleventh line learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Patna be read as learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Patna and the period fixed for surrender and submission of bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70341 of 2023(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 bond is extended by four weeks from today. Rest of the order shall remain intact.
