The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, widow of deceased, named 15 persons and alleged that they all made indiscriminate firing on her husband and her husband died on the spot due to gun shot injuries. The submission is that only one gun shot injury was found on the person of the husband of informant. Similarly situated accused, Sanjiv Singh, Pritam Singh and Janta Paswan have already enlarged on bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
