The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case is that seven accused persons variously armed came to the village and started assaulting the informant. The accused persons took away Rs.50,000/- cash and jewellery. When the informant's neighbour Gariban Yadav and his wife Pramila Devi came to rescue, they have assaulted as a result Pramila Devi sustained injury on her left leg.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25173 of 2016 (2) dt.21-06-2016 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that that in the background of land dispute, the occurrence took place. The allegation is omnibus and general in nature. All the injuries have found to be simple in nature. There is a counter version of the alleged occurrence. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Karandey P.S.Case No. 6/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
