2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302/34 of the I.P.C.

3. This is a second anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner and vide Annexure-1, which is an order dated 28.11.2022 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 41411 of 2022, the prayer for anticipatory bail had already been rejected.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to argue the case once again on merits, which is not permissible, as the merits had been taken into consideration by the earlier order dated 28.11.2022. Further, there is an inordinate delay in filing

No.62429 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 of the present anticipatory bail application for which no explanation has been tendered, and the Court finds no change in the fact situation in order to entertain the application filed on behalf of the petitioner, which is prayed for the second time.

5. In such view of the matter, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
