In the present proceeding dispute between the petitioners at one side with that of the respondent Fishermen Cooperative Society at the other side can be appropriately decided under the provisions of Section 48 of Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935. In the present matter, the dispute is essentially between the two private individuals/Society.

In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.10619 of 2015 (3) dt.07-09-2015 dismissed with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the Registrar of Co-operative Societies under the provisions of Section 48 of Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935 for redressal of their valid grievances.
