The petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2016 in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR but he was remanded in connection with the present case after a period of almost two years only on the basis of suspicion. Subsequently, he was made to confess his guilt which has been formulated according to the petitioner by obtaining his signature on plain paper. It is further submitted that till date, he has not been put on T.I. Parade though the informant has stated that he will identify the culprits.

No.23263 of 2016 (2) dt.01-06-2016 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the fact that the petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Biraul, District - Darbhanga in connection with Ghasyampur P.S.
