JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Raniganj P.S. Case No. 323 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 302, 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Kamleshwari Rishideo and Jhameli Rishideo have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.4.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 19132 of 2017. The specific allegation against Shambhu Rishideo is of assaulting the brother of the informant with arrow and his brother fell down on the ground. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S.
