2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"i) For issuance of direction to the concerned Respondents to appoint petitioner No.2, who is elder son of the petitioner No.1 namely Anand Kumar on compassionate ground taking into consideration of the fact that consequent upon death of her husband in harness on 21.11.2016, the sole bread earner in the family; the condition of the petitioners and their family has become most pitiable.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed a representation before the Respondent No.6, but till date the said representation has not been disposed of.

Considering the relief(s) sought by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation before the Respondent No.6 along with all supporting documents within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.6 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
