2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the prosecution case and stated that she left the house out of her own sweet will and solemnized marriage with this petitioner in Punjab. The Court below has assessed the age of the victim, as 18 years. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and clean antecedent of petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
