JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 507 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. For protest being made for getting the crop of the informant's side grazed, the informant's brother Dharo Rai and nephew Dinanath Rai were assaulted by the accused persons with the butt of the rifle. The accused persons also resorted to fire. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly for the petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 165 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
