JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-09-2018 After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the opposite party agrees that taking into consideration the convenience of his wife (petitioner) he would agree for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 54 of 2017 from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jehanabad to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. It is submitted that he is agreeing for the same as a token of his positivity towards restoration of the conjugal rights.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court would expect that petitioner will co-operate with the opposite party in disposal of the matrimonial matter which is in the nature of an application seeking restoration of the conjugal rights.

Patna High Court MJC No.134 of 2018 (4) dt.10-09-2018 Let the records of Matrimonial Case No. 54 of 2017 be transferred from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court Jehanabad to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

This application stands disposed off.
