JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Some co-accused were apprehended by the police and they disclosed that petitioner used to supply arms and ammunitions to them and after that the house of the petitioner was raided and some cash was recovered from his house. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is completely blind and as a matter of fact, earlier some cases had been registered against him but presently, petitioner was leading a peaceful life but police roped the petitioner in the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34246 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 353 of 2015.
