The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mansurchak P.S. Case No.19 of 2019 registered under Sections 302 and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that when Ahmad Raza, the son of the informant Ruksana Khatoon, was returning from the mosque after offering the Namaz Prayer, at that time, 10 persons, named in the F.I.R., caught hold of him and administered poisoned tablet to him. When Shabnam Praveen saw the same, then she raised alarm. While Ahmad Raza was being taken for treatment, he died in the way. Further allegation of the informant is that the petitioner, Majda Khatoon and Nisha Praveen were also

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that no specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner to administer poisoned tablet to Ahmad Raza, the son of the informant. The informant only raised suspicion about involvement of this petitioner and two others in committing the alleged occurrence. The petitioner, who is lady, has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by her within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai, in connection with Mansurchak P.S. Case No.19 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
