In the present writ petition, petitioner is challenging the order dated 14.2.2017 passed by the Collector, Kishanganj in Supply Appeal Case no.24 of 2015 by which he has affirmed the order of dated 10.12.2014 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Kishanganj by which he has cancelled the licence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has been passed on the basis of surmises and conjecture.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9651 of 2017 (2) dt.23-08-2017 He has further submitted that petitioner has demanded copy of the enquiry report as well as complaint petition. There is provision of revision. The petitioner has approached this Court straight way without exhausting alternative remedy by filing revision petition. The petitioner should first exhaust the remedy of revision. All points will be seen by the revisional authority. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
