1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a quashing application bearing Cr. Misc. No. 66486 of 2024 for quashing of the F.I.R., which was heard by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 24.09.2024 and while issuing notice to the opposite party no. 2, Co-ordinate Bench has stayed further proceeding in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024. Since further proceeding has been stayed, the petitioner has got no apprehension of arrest at this stage. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw this application for anticipatory bail with liberty to approach this Court again, if need arises.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, permission is granted.
