Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed. Let the order dated 06.08.2019 be modified to the extent that instead of Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in the operative portion of the order, it may be read as S.D.J.M., Biraul, Darbhanga.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that due to typographical error, the time for surrender granted by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57514 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 this Court in order dated 06.08.2019 has already been expired and the same may be extended by further two weeks. As prayed for, let the time granted by this Court for surrender in order dated 06.08.2019, be extended for further two weeks from today.
