The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2019 in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 443 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case against the petitioner is false and fabricated. It is further submitted that though he was apprehended on the spot, there has been no recovery from his possession. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade.
