In this case, the grievance has been raised by the petitioner that the administration is proposing to construct the Panchayat Bhawan over the cremation ground, but the counsel for the State has pointed out that it is the dispute between two groups, one group wants that it should be shifted to another place and after that the administration has decided to make
Patna High Court CWJC No.20942 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 construction.
If the petitioner so sanguine, he can approach to the authority concerned, who will examine every aspects of the matter because they are the best person to choose the suitable place for construction of the Panchayat Bhawan. However, it is made clear that this Court has not formed/expressed any opinion on the merit of the case. With this observations, this application stands disposed of.
