2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 336 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 20(b)(II)(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Recovery is of 250 gram of ganja.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of small quantity of ganja, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
