JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-11-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 108 of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, who happens to be wife of the son of informant, used to harass and torture son of informant and on 11.06.2024, son of informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62121 of 2025(3) dt.12-11-2025 2/3 was killed.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is none else than wife of the deceased and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that she used to harass and torture the son of informant due to which he committed suicide. Petitioner is wife of the deceased and the deceased himself described the role of the petitioner and other accused persons in abetting his suicide in the video footage send by him to his brother just before suicide.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation, gravity of offence and materials that have surfaced during course of investigation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is
