Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 85 of 2017 registered under Sections376, 304, 314/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioner. The allegations are specific against co-accused Pintu Kumar. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.03.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31067 of 2017 (2) dt.11-07-2017 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S.
