2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 314 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32(i)(ii) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 01.09.2023 and there is recovery of 130 litres of country made liquor from his possession.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from their possession, this application for regular bail is

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna City in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 314 of 2023.

7. The petitioners will visit Bahadurpur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
