2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 283 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

3. As per allegation, there has been recovery of total 133.05 liters of Nepali liquor from the house of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no concern with the alleged recovery of liquor. He is a person of clean antecedent. Nothing has been recovered

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 283 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
