Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
It is alleged that from the premises of petitioner 19 drums of blue Kerosene Oil alleged to be supplied were recovered.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the house of the petitioner was adjacent to the road and hence, the recovery cannot be treated from the possession of the petitioner. Statement has been made in para3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35367 of 2015 (2) dt.03-09-2015 the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sri A.K. Mall, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Araria.
