ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and leaned counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks to assail the order dated 21.06.2017 by which the respondent no. 7, namely, Sri Kaushal Kishore Diewvedi, has been transferred from High School, Karanpura, Durgawai, in the district of Rohtas to High School, Choukhandi Path, Sasaram.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is expected to be appointed as Principal of the said school but though
Patna High Court CWJC No.9553 of 2017 (2) dt.07-09-2017 2/2 she has worked at several places, the private respondent no. 7 has been appointed in the said school and she is apprehensive that she will no longer be given the post of Principal. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that such grounds cannot be sustained. The petitioner, if so desires, may approach the authorities and the same may be considered in the light of the directions/circulars issued vide Memo No. 1490 dated 21.06.2017 with regard to transfer and posting.
With the aforementioned observations, the writ application stands dismissed.
