JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468,471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner and others though disqualified at Bihar Elementary Teachers Eligibility Test but claimed to have qualified at the aforesaid test and applied for being appointed as Panchayat Teacher.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not appointed on the basis of alleged false claim and she is an unmarried girl.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been appointed as teacher, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the

No.38316 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Ratanpur P.S. Case No.7 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
