The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 307, 498A, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torturing and causing assault to informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and removing her from matrimonial house snatching her personal belongings.

No.59595 of 2019(2) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners 1 to 3 respectively are father-inlaw, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant and they have falsely been implicated in this case due to misunderstanding. More over, Rashid Ashraf, husband of the petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
