2. The petitioner seeks bail in Patepur P.S. Case No. 179/2021, registered for offence under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 24.08.2021, informant received an information that 10-11 miscreants assembled to commit crime of loot in a jewellery shop and as such, a raid was conducted and seven persons were caught, whereas four persons succeeded in fleeing away. During search, pistol, cartridges and motorcycle were recovered from possession of apprehended miscreants. This petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the spot, who later on surrendered before the Court below on 29.07.2024 and since then, he is in custody. Petitioner has got
