This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.10.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-10th, Chapra, District- Saran in Sessions Trial No. 705 of 2019 arising out of Garkha P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018 under Section 228(i) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for discharging them from the charges under Section 307 of the IPC.
