2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Chhaurahi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, police apprehended the petitioner on the basis of secret information. Thereafter, one thrown white bag was searched in which country made musket was found and on unloading it, one live cartridge was recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to inimical terms with Mukhiya. He has further submitted that nothing was recovered from the conscious

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of this case as well as the incarceration period of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Chhaurahi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
