JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Taraiya P. S. Case No. 163 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that informant came to the door of the petitioner no.2, who is driver and petitioner no.5 who is Khalasi, as they have taken away his truck with an amount of Rs.30,000/- and on demand, he started abusing him and they have assaulted him by Bhala and rod.

No.58593 of 2019(2) dt.17-09-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and there was a dispute with regard to the wages, as such, they have falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, place of occurrence is house of the petitioners.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Taraiya P.
